MINUTES


Representative Dennis Ozment, Chair of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the tenth meeting to order on Wednesday, February 2, 2005, at 8:25 a.m.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Representative Ozment moved HF 557 to be before the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.

Representative Wardlow presented HF 557.

Representative Magnus moved Amendment titled “Request for Amendment” from The Friends of Lebanon Hills, to amend as follows:

Page 1, Line 11 - after of insert "ecologically based", and after system insert "of"
Page 1, Line 13 after County insert "that is consistent with the Lebanon Hills Regional Park Master Plan adopted in 2002."

Page 1, Line 19 - strike $3,500,000 and insert $4,100,000.
