Representative David Dill, Vice Chair of the House Agriculture, Environment & Natural Resources Finance Committee, called the sixty-sixth meeting to order at 8:29 A.M. on Wednesday, April 5, 2006, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Juhnke moved an oral amendment:
On page 2 delete sections “3” and “4”. Renumber sections in sequence and connect internal references. Amend the title accordingly.
