Representative Dennis Ozment, Chair of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the forty-ninth meeting to order on Monday, January 23, 2006, at
6:12 p.m. at the Community Center, Mountain Iron, Minnesota.

HF826 (Ozment) Clean Water Legacy Act established providing authority, direction, and funding to achieve and maintain water quality standards for surface waters in accordance with the federal Clean Water Act, and money appropriated.
