Representative Magnus moved to approve minutes of May 3, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 826 (Ozment) Clean Water Legacy Act established providing authority, direction, and funding to achieve and maintain water quality standards for surface waters in accordance with the federal Clean Water Act, and money appropriated.

Representative Ozment discussed various funding options for HF 826, as amended, with Committee members.
