Representative Dennis Ozment, Chair of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the forty-second meeting to order on Thursday, April 21, 2005, at
9:05 a.m.

Representative Magnus moved to approve minutes of April 20, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 902 (Ozment) Natural Resources Department gifts to the public to promote conservation value limit increased, state park permit provisions modified, fee disposition provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Ozment moved adoption of the delete everything Amendment A05-0599.

Representative Ozment incorporated Amendment H0902A7 into A05-0599.

House Staff John Helland explained Amendment A05-0599 and Amendment H0902A7.

Representative Wagenius renewed her motion that Amendment H0902A4 be adopted, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Ozment discussed a handout to committee members on Science Museum.


Representative Ozment moved that HF 902, as amended, and the spreadsheet, as amended, are recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Tax Committee. Staff is directed to make appropriate technical changes and prepare language to reflect the numbers on the spreadsheet. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
