MINUTES


Representative Dennis Ozment, of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the thirty-first meeting to order on Wednesday March 23, 2005, at 8:29 a.m.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Members Excused:

A quorum was present.

Representative Magnus moved to approve minutes of March 17, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Ozment moved HF 1518 before the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.

Representative Howes presented HF1518.

Testifying on HF 1518 were:

LeRoy Youngblom, MNSA, Brook Park, MN
Tom Danger, Trails and Parkways, DNR.

HF 1518 was laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus finance bill.

Representative Magnus moved HF 279 before the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.

Representative Magnus presented HF 279.

Testifying on HF 279 was:

Kerry Netzke, Area II Mn River Basin Coordinator, Marshall, MN.

HF 279 was laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus finance bill.

Representative Hackbarth moved HF 1470 before the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.

Testifying on HF 1470 were:

Sherry Munyon, Dry Cleaners Association,
Dart Peach, Mn Cleaners Association.


Representative Hackbarth moved that HF 1470 pass, and be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

THE MOTION PREVAILED.
