Representative Dennis Ozment, Chair of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the second meeting to order on Wednesday, January 12, 2005, in Room 5 of the State Office Building, St. Paul, Minnesota.

8:16:14 AM Vice Chair Representative Dill called the meeting to order.
8:16:41 AM Representative Penas moved approval of the minutes of January 11, 2005.

8:17:43 AM Testifying before the committee was Doug Thomas, Assistant Director, on behalf of the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources at One West Water Street, St. Paul, MN 55107.
9:12:40 AM Testifying before the committee was Mark Holsten, Deputy Commissioner, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources at 500 Lafayette Road, St. Paul, MN 55155.
9:55:24 AM Representative Dill adjourned the meeting.
