MINUTES


Representative Greg Davids, Chair of the Agriculture and Rural Development Committee, called the eighteenth meeting to order at 3:25 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2005, in Room 400N of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Members excused:

Chair Davids announced that HF 1560, 991 and 1743 would be laid over to the following day.

HF 1732 (Blaine) relating to agriculture; changing certain loan provisions, establishing a loan program; changing certain livestock zoning regulations

Rep. Blaine presented HF 1732.

The Chair announced a quorum was present at 3:45 p.m.

Rep. Moe moved approval of the minutes: Tuesday, March 22, 2005. The motion prevailed.

Rep. Blaine moved that HF 1732 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Local Government Committee. The motion prevailed.

Rep. Blaine moved the 1732A5 technical amendment. The motion prevailed.
