State Government Finance

Public testimony and bill mark-up of the DE2 amendment to HF 4016, the Omnibus State Government Finance Supplemental Budget Bill.

The A1, A2, A3 and A4 amendments were adopted to the HF 4016 DE2 amendment this morning.

Public Feedback on HF4160 (Torkelson) Transportation supplemental appropriations and policy bill.
NOTE: This bill HF 4160 (Torkelson) will be amended with a delete all amendment on Tuesday April 17 which will become the Transportation supplemental appropriations and policy bill. The committee will walk through the language on Tuesday April 17th and the public will be allowed to give feedback on the bill on Wednesday the 18th of April.

Public testimony per testifier will be limited to 3 minutes per testifier.

If additional time is needed beyond the 2:45pm end time we will reconvene in Room 120 Capitol at 6pm or after House GOP and DFL caucuses are done.

Public Feedback on HF4160 (Torkelson) Transportation supplemental appropriations and policy bill.
