HF 418 (Moller) Criminal sexual conduct statutory reform working group created, and report required. *Items HF 70 and HF 418 of the agenda will simply be a motion to correct previous motions. Both bills have been heard previously. Testimony was taken at that time. No further action will be taken on the bill other than to clarify and correct these motions.
