PUBLIC SAFETY AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM FINANCE AND POLICY OMNIBUS MARK UP

Agenda:
HF 2792 (Mariani) Public safety provisions modified including corrections, law enforcement, sexual offenders, controlled substances, DWI, vehicle operations, pretrial release, offender sentencing, Peace Officer Standards and Training Board, and various other provisions.

Notes:
- Amendments must be submitted by Noon on Wednesday, April 3.
- Public Testimony will be taken on HF 2792 after the adoption of the Authors Amendment.
- Public Testimony will be taken on Amendments
- HF 2792 is the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Policy and Finance Omnibus Amendments
- HF 2711 is the Governors Public Safety Budget Request that will be passed to Ways and Means as a vehicle. Public Testimony will not be taken on HF 2711.
