NOTE: We will be hearing SF1589/HF1184 (Murphy, M.) and HF 1183 (Kahn) in order to satisfy House Rule 4.14 which states, "a bill or amendment that proposes to have a memorial placed in the Capitol area must be referred to the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration."

Typically, the rules committee operates under a 24-hour rule for amendments, however the rule is waived for SF1589/HF1184 (Murphy, M) and HF 1183 (Kahn).
