Omnibus State Government Finance and Veterans Affairs bill. **NOTE: There will be a delete-all to SF 1589 which will consist of the text of HF 1184, 2nd engrossment.** HF1183 (Kahn) Omnibus Legacy bill NOTE: We will be hearing SF1589/HF1184 (Murphy, M.) and HF 1183 (Kahn) in order to satisfy House Rule 4.14 which states, "a bill or amendment that proposes to have a memorial placed in the Capitol area must be referred to the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration."
