HF 4366 (Edelson) Civil commitment priority admission requirements modified, prisoner in a correctional facility specified to not be responsible for co-payments for mental health medications, county co-payment expense reimbursement allowed, and money appropriated.

HF 3871 (Olson, B) Crime of unauthorized presence at Camp Ripley modified to include any campground, military reservation, armory, instillation, or facility owned or controlled by the state or federal government for military purposes; and criminal penalties provided.

HF 4538 (Pinto) Venue for criminal sexual conduct cases made proper in multiple counties.

HF 2828 (Hussein) Local governmental units authorized to prohibit or restrict possession of dangerous weapons, ammunition, or explosives in local government-owned or leased buildings and land.

HF 3672 (Pinto) State preemption of local units of government regulating firearms repealed.
