2). HF 1761 (Hollins): Execution of criminal sentences prohibited for certain probation violations

HF 717 (Vang): extending the civil statute of limitations for certain actions by peace officers**** [this bill already received a full hearing and testimony was taken; it is being noticed for the purposes of a vote to move the bill out of committee. No additional testimony or committee discussion will occur on this bill]****

HF 984 (Lislegard): Outside contractors working at high-hazard facilities required to have apprenticeship-level training *Committee discussion will focus on provisions of this bill that fall within the Judiciary/Civil law committee's jurisdiction. Relevant provisions are: Section 2, Subd. 3 & 4 [penalties & civil actions].
3). HF 12 (Hausman): COVID-19; eviction procedure amended during and after public health emergency amended, eviction action expungement allowed, home foreclosure prevented during public health emergency, emergency housing assistance grants funding provided, and money appropriated
4). HF 856 (Hollins) Presentence investigation report authorized to include brain injury information
5). HF 2245 (Hollins) Mortgage and deed of trust temporary exception sunset extended
6).
