DE to HF2128 (Liebling) Health care, human services, and licensing and background study provisions modified; health and human services budget established; technical and conforming changes made; money transferred; and money appropriated. Public Testimony Items may be added/removed. Overview/Walk-Through of the Delete Everything Amendment Agency Testimony The DE to HF2128 will be the Health Committee's finance bill. The language of the DE Amendment will be sent out early next week. Members of the public who are interested in testifying on the DE Amendment should contact Patrick McQuillan at patrick.mcquillan@house.mn by 3 pm on Tuesday, April 6th and let him know which Articles/sections of the bill you would like to speak to. UPDATE: We will focus on the DHS Sections on Tuesday, 3/23 of the Governor's budget (HF2128) and the MDH/Licensing Boards section of the budget on Wednesday, 3/24. HF2128 (Liebling) Health care, human services, and licensing and background study provisions modified; health and human services budget established; technical and conforming changes made; money transferred; and money appropriated. Agenda items may be added/removed. HF2128 is the Governor's budget in the Health Committee's jurisdiction. The language of the Governor's supplemental budget will be available Monday afternoon and heard on Tuesday. Members of the public who are interested in testifying should contact Patrick McQuillan at patrick.mcquillan@house.mn by 3 pm on Monday, March 22nd and let him know which sections of the bill you would like to speak to. Testimony will begin on Tuesday, March 22nd and may continue on Wednesday, March 23rd. Testimony will be limited to two minutes. Written testimony will be accepted.
