HF600 (Winkler) Cannabis; various provisions modified relating to Cannabis Management Board; advisory councils; use and sales reports; legalization and limitation of adult possession and use; licensing, inspection, and regulation of cannabis businesses; testing; labeling; advertising; private residence cultivation; medical program regulatory authority; taxation; grant and loan programs; criminal penalties; expungement procedures; labor standards; nuisance cause of action; scheduling; data; and money appropriated.
*Amendments to HF600 are due by 5:00pm, Friday, April 9, 2021.
