HF 1031 (Stephenson) - The DE 9 Amendment to HF 1031 will be the Commerce Omnibus Finance Bill - Governor's budget for Department of Commerce and Public Utilities Commission activities established, commerce and energy policy governing provisions modified, and money appropriated.

Note: HF 1031 serves as the vehicle bill for the Commerce Omnibus Finance Bill, the text of which is encompassed in the DE 9 amendment.

SCHEDULE: A walk-through of the bill and public testimony will be taken on Tuesday, April 6th from 3-4:30 PM. Mark-up and committee vote on the bill will be on Wednesday, April 7th from 3-4:30 PM.

TESTIMONY: Testimony will only be taken on Tuesday, April 6th. To submit written testimony to be included in the official record, please email the Committee Administrator at adeline.miller@house.mn, no later than 4:30 PM on Wednesday, April 7th.
