Written testimony is encouraged and should be submitted by 9:00 AM, Monday to ensure it will be posted on the committee website and provided to members in advance of the hearing. Additional testimony, for up to 24 hours after a hearing concludes, will also be accepted and posted on the committee’s webpage and emailed to committee members.

HF0080 (Lippert) - Farmer-Lender Mediation Act extended, time period that creditors cannot enforce eligible debts increased, and mediation period increased.
