HF 1948 (Considine) Correctional officers and inmates in state correctional facilities mental health pilot program established, report required, and money appropriated.

BILLS IN THE OMNIBUS DELETE ALL AMENDMENT
HF 733 (Tabke) Security screening systems added to ionizing radiation-producing equipment, and money appropriated.
HF 1020 (Zerwas) Jail inmate transfer provisions modified.
HF 493 (Zerwas) State correctional institution administrative and disciplinary segregation use guidelines established, and report required.
HF 339 (Zerwas) Criminal gang investigative date retention extended.
HF 2010 (Considine) Local correctional officer discipline procedures act established.
HF 1399 (Considine) Ombudsman for corrections reestablished, ombudsman powers and duties established, report required, and money appropriated.
HF 1315 (Considine) Correctional officers position increase funding provided, and money appropriated.
HF 1948 (Considine) Correctional officers and inmates in state correctional facilities mental health pilot program established, report required, and money appropriated.
HF 1575 (Sandell) Jails authorized to share inmate mental illness information with a local county social services agency.
HF 1237 (Winkler) State and local jail and prison inmates required to be housed in publicly owned and operated jails and prisons, and state and counties prohibited form contracting with private prisons.

HF 1948 (Considine) Correctional officers and inmates in state correctional facilities mental health pilot program established, report required, and money appropriated.

*The amendment to HF 2010 was not submitted by deadline and is therefore out of order. The Chair is providing a copy of this amendment to committee members for reference during debate. The intention of the Chair is to adopt this amendment during the Omnibus Mark-Up.
