Police Professional Excellence Week HF 627 (Pinto) Eyewitness identification best practices policies required HF 334 (Mariani) Board of Peace Officer Standards and Training membership expanded HF 1055 (Lesch) Peace officers who have sexual relations with persons in custody criminal penalties established HF 1955 (Moller) Predatory offender registration provisions amended, Statewide Emergency Communication Board provisions modified, and wheelchair securement device requirements modified.

Community Mental Health and Neurodiversity Day HF 377 (Dehn) Emergency responders training funding provided, and money appropriated. HF 474 (Stephenson) Enhanced community supervision of individuals on probation, parole, supervised release, or pretrial status who are struggling with mental illness and at a heightened risk to recidivate pilot project established; multidisciplinary caseload management team providing community-based mental health treatment alternatives to incarceration created; and money appropriated. Informational Hearing: HF 1254 (Considine) Medical assistance coverage modified for community-based care coordination to include tribes. HF 1717 (Dehn) Juvenile life sentence without release amended. HF 705 (Dehn) Criminal records sealing upon granting a pardon extraordinary authorized. HF 1057 (Lesch) Criminal record expungement without petition for individuals not guilty of crime due to identity theft or mistake identity authorized. **The Chair's intent is to get through the bills on this date. If we are not able to do so, we reconvene in Room 300S at the call of the Chair.

HF 1934 (Gomez) Community Corrections Act subsidy increased, and money appropriated. Informational Hearing on HF 1717 (Dehn) Juvenile life sentence without release amended.
