PCA Rates and MFIP Delete-Everything Amendment to HF168 (Schultz) Temporary PCA rate increase during COVID-19 emergency. HFXXXX (Halverson) Appropriating money for a onetime MFIP supplemental payment during the COVID-19 emergency. (Informational hearing only) Additional testifiers and items may be added to the agenda. Members of the public should contact Patrick.McQuillan@house.mn by 3 pm on Saturday, April 25th if they are interested in testifying. Testifiers will be limited to two minutes. HF168 (Schultz) - COVID-19; personal care assistant and support worker hour limitations increased, personal care assistance compensation permitted for services provided by a parent or spouse during a peacetime emergency for an outbreak, temporary rate increases provided for personal care assistance, and money appropriated.

HF3892 (Morrison) Women exempted from MinnesotaCare cost-sharing and premiums during postpartum period, and human services commissioner required to provide recommendations on ensuring continuous health coverage for women transitioning from medical assistance postpartum coverage. HF3510 (Grossell) Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians; family and child services building construction funding provided, and money appropriated. HF3449 (Hassan) Minneapolis; Native American Community Clinic funding provided, and money appropriated. HF3980 (Liebling) A bill for an act relating to public health; establishing a health care response revolving account and loan program; transferring money to the health care response revolving account. Bills may be added or removed. HF 4158 and HF309 have been removed from the agenda.
