Health and Human Services Finance Division Report; HF1801 (Pinto) - Revisor of statutes recodifying of day care facilities' rules and statues instructed. IV. Adjournment The Chair intends to reconvene in State Office Building Basement Hearing Room at 5:30PM (or Call of the Chair) to complete mark-up of the Division Reports.

I. Call to Order II. HF1653 (Hassan) - Northstar Care for Children child under the age of six benefits modified. III. Education Finance Division Report; HF2610 (Pinto) - School readiness aid modified. The Chair intends to offer a DE amendment to HF2610, which will serve as the Education Finance Division Report. The amendment will be posted to the Division website and sent to the email list serve on Monday, March 25. IV. Health and Human Services Finance Division Report; HF1801 (Pinto) - Revisor of statutes recodifying of day care facilities' rules and statues instructed. The Chair intends to offer a DE amendment to HF1801, which will serve as the Health and Human Services Finance Division Report. The amendment will be posted to the Division website and sent to the email list serve on Monday, March 25. V. Adjournment The Chair intends to reconvene in State Office Building Room 400 North at 6PM to complete walk-through of and public testimony on the Division Reports.

HF2319 (Pinto) - Human services program integrity modified, criminal penalties created, and money appropriated. VI. HF1680 (Demuth) - Child care assistance program record-keeping requirements clarified. VII. HF497 (Franson) - Child care providers prohibited from receiving child care assistance program reimbursements for dependents of employees. VIII. Adjournment Please note the Chair intends for the Division to reconvene 15 minutes after Floor Session ends in State Office Building Basement Hearing Room.

HF2195 (Pryor) - Early care and education program requirements governed including quality rating and improvement system, implementation outreach, universal identified requirements, and data practices evaluation; early care and education coordination task force established; technical changes made; and money appropriated.
