HF 90 (Schultz) Assisted living resident consumer protections established, assisted living establishment license established, criminal penalties provided, rulemaking authority granted, maltreatment report processing and enforcement provisions added, and reports required. (pending re-referral) ***The House Research Analyst will provide an overview of the sections of HF 90 within the purview of the Commerce Committee. Testimony must be limited accordingly.*** HF 766 (Edelson) Medical cannabis requirements modified, and money appropriated. (pending re-referral) HF 1340 (Lien) Mental health benefits and other medical benefits parity required, mental health and substance use disorder defined, health plan transparency required, and commissioners of health and commerce accountability required. **To be heard at 7:00 p.m: HF 12 (Cantrell) Conversion therapy with children or vulnerable adults prohibited, medical assistance coverage for conversion therapy prohibited, and misrepresentation of conversion therapy services or products prohibited. ***Only Section 3 of HF 12 falls within the purview of the Commerce Committee.
