Update from Dept of Public Safety Vehicle Services Division on new MNLARS (Licensing and registration system) and issues/problems. Feedback from users of this system as well as the public on MNLARS related issues and problems getting vehicles registered, transferred and or tabs transaction, etc.

Also an update from Dept of Public Safety on status of drivers licenses implementation into the MNLARS system and Real ID compliance

The Transportation Finance Committee will hear informational hearings only on some of the bonding projects members have requested hearing on. There will be a five minute limit on testimony per bill maximum and the committee will forward a list of projects which have been initially sent to the Transportation Finance Committee and which will be forwarded to the Capital Investment Committee. We will not be taking additional public testimony on these projects due to limited time available and that these are informational hearings only,.
