HF 945 will be the HHS Omnibus bill. The spreadsheet and delete all amendment will be posted to the committee website on Monday, March 27th. An email will be sent when the documents have been posted. HF1188 (Bahr) - Group residential housing funding modified.
HF1406 (Zerwas) - Anoka County; group residential housing provider supplemental rate established.
HF885 (Metsa) - Group residential housing provider supplemental rate added.
HF1522 (Allen) - Group residential housing beds increased.
HF1714 (Hamilton) - Working group and pilot programs established to improve the implementation of youth sports concussion protocols and identify best practices for preventing and treating concussions, and money appropriated.
HF1402 (Allen) - Crisis nursery service funding provided, and money appropriated.
HF1239 (Albright) - New employment services established under the home and community-based services waivers.
HF2304 (Franson) - Handheld portable x-ray system use in facilities authorized.
HF1532 (Zerwas) - Home health services modified.
HF1115 (Schomacker) - Swing bed eligibility license condition modified, specialized care facilities provisions modified, and criteria modified for determining when an area of the state is a hardship area with regard to access to nursing facility services.
HF2150 (Anselmo) - Statewide quitline service to help Minnesotans quit using tobacco products authorized, and money appropriated.
HF2398 (Zerwas) - Minnesota Life College grant funding provided, and money appropriated.
HF2131 (Drazkowski) - Human Services Department audit priority established, and money appropriated.
HF1130 (West) - Anoka County; foster family recruitment grants provided, and money appropriated.
