HF3674 (O'Neill) - Collective bargaining agreement and compensation plan information required to be submitted to the Legislative Coordinating Commission.
HF2926 (Garofalo) - Legislative ratification of proposed collective bargaining agreements conditions specified.

HF1440 (Baker) - Opioid Addiction Prevention and Treatment Advisory Council established; opioid addiction prevention and treatment account established; substance use disorder treatment provider requirements modified; opioid addiction prevention, education, research, intervention, treatment, and recovery provisions modified; reports required; and money appropriated.
HF3723 (Drazkowski) - Exclusive representatives prohibited from requiring political contributions, and state prohibited from facilitating payroll deductions for political purposes.
HF3806 (Peterson) - State elections campaign account modified, public subsidy program access expanded, and political party designations on state income and property tax return forms eliminated.
HF3688 (O'Driscoll) - Energy improvements program modified, consumer protections for residential property assessed clean energy loans provided, and remedies provided.
HF2868 (Nash) - State agencies required to dedicate a portion of information technology expenditures to cybersecurity enhancements.

HF3841 (Nash) - Uniform Municipal Contracting Law contract ranges increased.
HF3838 (Mahoney) - St. Paul; design-build process for a public works project authorized.
HF3023 (Dean) - Physician continuing education requirements modified, and money appropriated.
HF3666 (Fabian) - Small business environmental-improvement loan program terms modified, and disposal facility certificate rulemaking required.
HF1974 (Albright) - Mental health and substance use disorder work group established, and report required.
HF3819 (Fenton) - Ramsey Soil and Water Conservation District discontinued, and duties transferred.
HF0972 (Johnson) - Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board authorized to adopt rules authorizing certified emergency medical services personnel to assist with administering emergency prescription medications and participate in care coordination, and rulemaking required.
HF3509 (Kresha) - Morrison, Renville, and Wadena Counties; process provided for making various county offices appointive.
HF3375 (Kunesh-Podein) - Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women task force created, annual report on issues related to violence against indigenous women and girls required, and money appropriated.
HF3518 (O'Neill) - State pay increases for state personnel required to be tied to performance.

HF3664 (Moran) - Hair braiders exempted from cosmetology registration requirements.
HF3721 (Anderson) - Contingent fee arrangements with outside counsel prohibited.
HF3044 (Vogel) - Agencies required to determine the impact of a proposed rule on the cost of residential construction or remodeling, notice to the applicable legislative committees required, and legislative committee permitted to require approval of a rule by law.
HF3850 (Flanagan) - Facility licensure requirements for practitioners who only provide eyelash extensions repealed.
HF3889 (Albright) - Scott County; turn lane fee authorized.
HF3376 (Vogel) - CPA firm audit provisions changed.
HF3917 (Peterson) - Metropolitan Council staggered terms provided, nomination committee membership expanded, additional information required to be made publicly available as part of the selection process, and council member qualifications clarified.
HF4132 (Clark) - Women's Suffrage 100th Anniversary Commemoration Commission established, and money appropriated.
