HF1637 and HF343 will be acted upon but not passed out of committee. HF610 is an informational hearing.
Bills Added:
HF1637 (Daudt) - Transaction agents required to disclose information on lenders for residential mortgage loans, and additional data required in foreclosure notices.
HF0343 (Atkins) - Money transmitters regulated, and cooperation required in combating fraud.
HF0997 (Westrom) - State agency civil penalty imposition regulated, and fees and expenses awarded to prevailing parties in actions involving state agencies.
HF0610 (Hilty) - Transportation funding provided through new regulations governing checkbook money created by state-chartered banks, and penalty provided.
HF1692 (Hoppe) - Telecommunications regulations streamlined, and civil penalties, rate regulation, regulatory requirements, and technical provisions modified and updated.

HF1395 (Loon) - Uninsured and underinsured coverages, medical benefits, arbitration, and marketing practices regulated; and automobile medical fraud reduced.
HF1394 (Hoppe) - Continuing education and prelicensing requirements, insurance coverages, nonadmitted insurers, insolvencies, adjusters, and appraisers regulated.
