State Representative Laurie Halverson (DFL-Eagan) is hosting a forum on pedestrian and bike safety on Tuesday, November 19 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Eagan Community Center.
The meeting will feature experts on Safe Routes to School design and planning (Halverson has authored legislation establishing statewide safe routes to school initiatives). The community is invited to ask questions, comment on road safety in Eagan, and learn what their state government can do to protect Minnesotans who walk and bike to school, work, and other public places.
