Starting Line: First bills of the 2019 legislative session

Last Tuesday, the House gaveled in the 2019 legislative session. The next day, House DFL leaders announced the first 10 bills that they planned to introduce in the House.

The first bills introduced typically signal some of the issues the House will prioritize and get to work on.

In our first Starting Line of the 2019 session, we take a look at the focus of these proposals and learn more about what the DFL is calling its “Minnesota Values Agenda.”
