'Starting Line': Providing co-parenting services for unmarried parents

Co-parenting is a term used to describe two parents working together to raise a child while living separately. Just like traditional parenting, co-parenting has it challenges. This week on "Starting Line" we learn about a bill that aims to assist those who take on this role.
