Thankful for all of the brave men and women who serve our country including my son, Jason who is a Lieutenant in the Air Force and my son, Mark who serves in the Minnesota Army National Guard.
Dear Neighbor,
I hope you will join me this Veterans Day weekend in a moment of thanks as we honor the thousands of American veterans across our country who have sacrificed so much to protect our freedoms in the past, and for those who are currently serving to make the world a safer place.
Many of us know someone in uniform and understand the selfless commitment made by our servicemen and women. I am very grateful for the service of all of our brave military members, and I also appreciate the sacrifices made by their families and loved ones.
I will be speaking at the Veterans Day program at the Newfolden School at 9:30 AM this Friday and look forward to joining others in celebration of our veterans.
