ST. PAUL – State Representative Drew Christensen (R-Burnsville) has passed his first bill of the legislative session, HF1725. Christensen’s bill allows for electronic filings of hearing documents for contested cases before the Office of Administrative Hearings. The bill passed the House of Representatives unanimously.
“This is a concrete step in the right direction,” said Christensen. “We are bringing our state offices into the 21st century, ensuring that all Minnesotans can easily and quickly file legal documents with the Office of Administrative Hearings.”
HF1725 awaits action by the Senate.
