The St. Paul Park Police Department will hold a community-wide predatory offender notification meeting 6 p.m., Thursday, June 12, 2014, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 920 Holley Avenue.
Jeffrey Richard Lofgren, a Level III predatory offender, has moved to St. Paul Park and is living in a residence on 9th Avenue West. Lofgren has been identified as a Risk Level III offender by the Minnesota Department of Corrections. The designation of Level III indicates the offender is considered among those most likely to re-offend.
The meeting will include information regarding Lofgren’s offenses, conditions of release, guidelines about Predatory Offender Registration and general safety information. There will be representatives from the St. Paul Park Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Corrections to answer questions.
Lofgren is not wanted by the Police for any violation and has served the entire sentence imposed upon him by the court.
