Rep. Morgan Invites Local Seniors to Attend April 17 Town Hall Meeting

ST. PAUL, MN – State Representative Will Morgan (DFL – Burnsville) is holding a town hall meeting for local senior citizens on Thursday, April 17 from 3:00-4:00pm at Burnsville City Hall (100 Civic Center Parkway in Burnsville).

Rep. Morgan will be joined by Minnesota Department of Commerce Commissioner Mike Rothman as well as representatives from the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The event will focus on financial literacy and protection from fraud and scams aimed at seniors.

“We need to make sure our seniors have more financial security and greater peace of mind during their golden years,” said Morgan. “I’m holding this event so we can make progress towards that goal.”

The event is free and open to all members of the public. Full details are as follows:
