“I’m proud of my colleagues for taking the lead to ensure that the first bill passed by the legislature immediately provides Minnesotans with $19.9 million dollars of tax relief, and I’m even more proud to have voted for its passage,” said Christensen. “The bill includes deductions for teachers, students, homeowners, and countless other Minnesotans, ensuring that hardworking Minnesotans keep more of their hard-earned dollars. I look forward to the Senate and Governor acting quickly on this matter to save Minnesotans time and money as they file their taxes.”
