Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Earlier this week, the 2015 Legislative Session got underway, and I am honored to be serving District 32A for another term. I look forward to bringing our community’s priorities to state government.
This session, I will be serving on the following committees: Public Safety and Crime Prevention Policy and Finance, Civil Law and Data Practices, Greater Minnesota Economic and Workforce Development Policy, and Mining and Outdoor Recreation Policy.
For the Public Safety Committee, I am serving as Vice Chair. Having a law enforcement background, I am particularly excited to bring my experience and ideas to this important committee, passing laws that balance the needs of law enforcement with your personal freedoms.
As session progresses, I will be sending you updates about legislation, committees and floor debates. If you have ideas on how to improve state government, concerns about a bill or thoughts about what’s happening in St. Paul, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Your input is valuable to me!
