Dear Neighbors,
Roseau County is one of 35 counties in a “State of Emergency” declared last week by Gov. Mark Dayton. (Marshall, Kittson, and Pennington counties were not included in the declaration.) As I’m sure you’re aware, relentless rainfall and strong storms across Minnesota have caused severe flooding, and communities are working together to brace for the worst.
