Happy 4th of July! I hope you have a fun holiday weekend celebrating our nation with friends and family.
The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays—commemorating the signing of the Declaration of Independence with good food, great friends, fireworks and community events. We are blessed to live in a great nation where we are free to pursue life, liberty and happiness. This is also a time to honor our veterans who serve and have served our country, protecting our freedoms around the world.
If you will be at home this holiday weekend, I would encourage you to check out many of the great local events happening around the community. You can find information about events happening in Forest Lake, Stillwater, and Marine on St. Croix on their city websites.
I hope that wherever you are celebrating this holiday weekend, you and your family have a safe and Happy 4th of July!
