ST. PAUL – State Representative Kurt Zellers (R-Maple Grove) released the following statement regarding Thursday’s hearing of Parrish v. Dayton before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
"Once again, Governor Dayton's relentless effort to impose forced unionization on Minnesota childcare providers has ended up in court. I will continue to stand with the hardworking childcare providers of Minnesota who are being forced to defend their right to operate their small business independent of union control."
