ST. PAUL – State Rep. Jeff Howe will host a town hall meeting 5 p.m. Tuesday Jan. 28 at Avon City Hall.
The Rockville Republican invites residents of District 13A to attend the meeting and provide him with input on the issues in preparation for the 2014 legislative session, which starts Feb. 25. Howe also will provide an update of developing issues, such as the sluggish roll-out of Minnesota’s new health insurance program – MNsure.
"Feedback from local citizens is very important as I continue doing my best to represent the people of this area," Howe said. "I look forward to hearing what people are thinking on a wide variety of issues. This meeting will take place in a casual setting and pretty much anything is open for discussion."
City Hall is located at 140 Stratford St. E. in Avon.
