Special thanks to the 4th graders from Westwood Elementary in Zimmerman for coming to visit the Capitol earlier this month. I had a great time showing them around the Capitol and the House chamber, and telling them about the average day here at the legislature.

Happy Thanksgiving
I also wanted to take a moment to wish you and your family a happy Thanksgiving. To those of you traveling this holiday weekend, I hope you have safe travels and are able to enjoy some time with family and friends.
We have a lot to be thankful for in Minnesota. I especially want to thank my friends and neighbors here in our district for the privilege of representing our community at the legislature.
