ST. PAUL – State Representative Bob Gunther (R-Fairmont) officially rejoined the Minnesota Legislature on January 4. Gunther was sworn into office as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives during a ceremony at the State Capitol.
“It continues to be a great honor to be elected by the people of my district,” Gunther said. “With a $6.2 billion budget deficit looming, we in the Legislature will have a lot to accomplish during this session and I am eager to get down to business.”
Gunther also moved into his new legislative office, which is located in the State Office Building adjacent to the Capitol.
“I hope my constituents will feel free to stop by my new office if they are visiting the area,” Gunther said. “I also encourage anyone to contact me if they have questions or concerns.”
Gunther can be reached by phone at 1-800-684-4598. He can also be contacted via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via U.S. Mail at 591 State Office Building, St. Paul, MN 55155.
