Thank you to all the people who attended the series of five town hall meetings Sen. Dahms and I hosted yesterday in Marshall, Canby, Madison, Dawson and Granite Falls.
The events were productive discussions on a wide range of topics – everything from property taxes to bonding, transportation, ditch mowing and buffer zones. Public turnout was good and local media also covered the meetings. Click here for a recap from the Marshall Independent.
Input we received from people during the town halls will be helpful as we begin the 2018 session Feb. 20. If you were unable to attend any of yesterday’s meetings, your feedback on these or any other issues always is welcome via email.
