Licensing Issues
If you’ve experienced headaches transferring a car title or renewing your tabs, you’re not alone. Since July, the state’s new licensing system, MNLARS, has caused a number of problems for customers. It’s frustrating because it’s clear MNLARS shouldn’t have been rolled out if it wasn’t ready for efficient use.
A good example of the problems are shown through the troubles facing East Side Auto in St. Paul Park. Here’s a good story about the issues, and how the problems don’t seem to be getting better even three months in.

Local Elections
Believe it not, it’s election season. It may be hard to know since there’s not hours of commercials on TV, but Tuesday, November 7 is Election Day 2017. It’s an off-year which means it’s mainly local issues on the ballot. In our area, South Washington County Schools has three questions, and you can learn more about them here.
It’s important to know this is the most local type of election we have. No matter what side of the issue you’re on, it’ll have a direct impact on our local residents. Please take time on Tuesday to make your voice heard, and vote in this year’s election.
