ROSEAU, Minn.— Representative Dan Fabian, R-Roseau, is encouraging qualified and interested applicants to apply for positions on the Fisheries Oversight and Wildlife Oversight committees. Serving three year-terms, members are responsible for reviewing the Department of Natural Resources’ Game and Fish Fund Report.
“Citizen oversight of state government and agencies is crucial to ensure an open and transparent government that works for the people of Minnesota,” said Rep. Dan Fabian, R-Roseau. “I would encourage folks in our area to apply and bring a Greater Minnesota perspective to these committees.”
Applications are due by 11:59 pm on Monday, September 25, 2017. Applicants must also have purchased at least one hunting, angling, trapping or commercial game and fish license within the past year to be considered for the appointment.
