Peppin Takes Oath of Office

St. Paul, MINN—Representative Joyce Peppin (R-Rogers) was officially sworn in as a state representative on Tuesday, January 3rd in St. Paul after taking the oath of office administered by Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Lorie Gildea. Peppin represents the District 34A communities of Dayton, Maple Grove and Rogers in the Minnesota House of Representatives.

“It is a privilege to serve our district, and I look forward to once again advocating for the people and priorities of our communities at the Capitol,” said Rep. Peppin, who is also serving a second term as the Majority Leader. “I am excited to continue promoting policies that strengthen our economy, lessen the tax burden for middle-class families, address our state’s healthcare challenges and grow good-paying jobs in Minnesota. Building off our accomplishments of the past two years, we will also continue our work to rein in spending as we strive to make state government more efficient, effective and accountable to the Minnesota citizens it serves.”
