Fenton Takes Oath of Office

St. Paul, MN— Kelly Fenton (R-Woodbury) was officially sworn in as a state representative on Tuesday, January 3rd in St. Paul after taking the oath of office administered by Chief Justice Lorie Gildea. This is her second term in the Minnesota House of Representatives.

“It’s a privilege to represent the people and priorities of Woodbury, and I look forward to getting to work this session on important initiatives including addressing our broken health care exchange, providing meaningful, middle-class tax relief and advocating for our students and schools,” said Rep. Fenton. “As always, I welcome input and ideas from people in my community about what they would like to see happen this session. I am here to serve you!”

Rep. Fenton will serve as vice chair of the Commerce and Regulatory Reform Committee this biennium, as well as serve on the Government Operations and Elections, Rules and Legislative Administration, and State Government Finance committees.
