SAINT PAUL, MINN- The National Federation of Independent Business Minnesota (NFIB), which has 11,000 members statewide, announced this week that Representative Jenifer Loon (R-Eden Prairie) was awarded the NFIB Guardian of Small Business Award.
NFIB gives out the award at both the federal and state level to recognize legislators who have been supportive of issues critical to small businesses in Minnesota during the 2015-2016 legislative sessions.
“As a legislator, I strive to promote policies that help Eden Prairie businesses flourish, and appreciate this recognition as a Guardian of Small Business from the National Federation of Independent Business,” said Rep. Loon. “I will continue to advocate for smart, commonsense policies that help businesses grow, hire and thrive, because a strong small businesses community is reflective of the health and well-being of our economy and state.”
