St. Paul, MINN- The National Federation of Independent Business Minnesota (NFIB), which has 11,000 members statewide, announced this week that Representative Dan Fabian (R-Roseau) was awarded the NFIB Guardian of Small Business Award.
NFIB gives out the award at both the federal and state level to recognize legislators who have been supportive of issues critical to small businesses in Minnesota during the 2015-2016 legislative sessions.
“It’s an honor to be recognized as a Guardian of Small Business by the National Federation of Independent Business,” said Rep. Fabian. “A healthy economy for Northwest Minnesota starts with a thriving small business community, and I will continue to champion policies that help our small businesses hire and grow instead of hamper them with unnecessary, burdensome mandates from state government.”
