Celebrating my daughter Hope's high school graduation last month.
Dear Neighbor,
I wanted to take a moment to congratulate all of the high school graduates from Woodbury and their families! Graduating high school is an impressive accomplishment, and I wish our graduates the best of luck as they begin the next phase of their life.
I applaud the Class of 2016 and their impressive accomplishments. Many are wonderful students, athletes, volunteers, employees and part of what makes our community so great. Whatever their post-graduation plans may be, I encourage them to always make the most of the opportunities that come their way.
I also want to thank all of the hardworking educators in our schools for not only teaching, but helping students learn, grow and prepare for what comes after high school. We are blessed to have so many awesome teachers providing a world-class education for Woodbury students!
So once again, congratulations to all of Woodbury's high school graduates and their families. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can ever be of assistance to you in your future endeavors. But for now, I hope everyone goes out and has an awesome summer—you have earned it!
